RETURN/REPLACEMENT
Refundable:
- Returns/Replacements & Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses in the case of Returns/Replacements.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in like-new condition with attached tags.
- Only defective items are eligible for return and replacement.
- If we make a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
- Prior to Return/Replacement, provide photos of size issues and defects.
Non-Refundable:
- Products sold during SALE & DISCOUNT periods are Non-Refundable, unless defective.
- Made to Measure & Fully Customized Leathers are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Ordering multiple products for trial and selecting only one is discouraged.
